With over 20 years of experience, John Sampson brings the knowledge and determination one needs to understand the ever-changing freight forwarding world. Receiving a BA in Economics from Amherst College, and a MBA from U MASS Amherst, John prepared himself before entering the freight-forwarding world. Starting New Direx, Inc. by shipping spare parts and high valued metals to waiting boats in port, it was just the beginning to what we know as New Direx, Inc. today. Besides being actively involved in every aspect of New Direx, Inc., John still finds time for the better things in life, his family. John has a wonderful wife, Julie and is actively involved coaching their two kids in life, as well as soccer and wrestling.
